Two days after Gordon Brown becomes PM, this happens, is this not reminiscent of 9-11 and 7-7? It's not like they have to let these planted devices go off any more, after the initial afore mentioned staged attacks, only the threat of an incident is needed to cause the desired reaction of fear.
